PARALLEL Manipulator for trailer hitches handling

Our PARALLEL articulated-arm manipulator is used to handle trailer hitches in the automotive industry’s logistics sector. The pneumatic lifting aid is designed as a floor-mounted unit with a support column. The articulated arm and endless rotary joints on the rotational axes allow for a large, unrestricted working range. The gripping device was specially developed for various trailer hitches. By operating a joystick in conjunction with the release button, the gripper can be swiveled continuously up to 90 degrees with maximum safety.
PARALLEL Manipulator for Front-End Modules

Our PARALLEL manipulator is used to transfer front-end modules from load carriers. To meet the requirement of handling different types of components, the respective gripping unit is swiveled into position or moved into place. The pneumatic weight compensation system with a balancing function is controlled by a rotary knob for load preselection. Thanks to its mobile base plate, the handling device can be used at any workstation using a forklift or pallet jack. Anchoring to the factory floor is not necessary.
PARALLEL Manipulator for Glass Panels

Our PARALLEL manipulator, part of the lightweight crane system, is used to move glass elements such as glass panes, pre-glazed windows, and doors. Thanks to the pneumatic balancing control, a single employee can move the elements without causing any damage. The travel along the crane track is assisted by a pneumatic friction wheel drive. The suction frame features a wide range of adjustment options to accommodate a variety of pane sizes.
