Hier kommt unser TELESKOP Manipulator zum umsetzen von Vorder- und Hinterachsen im Fließbetrieb zum Einsatz. Die Hubbewegung wird über unsere stufenlose Hubsteuerung durchgeführt. PARALLEL manipulator for glass panes 250kg

This is where our PARALLEL manipulator is used for the precise handling of glass panels in the glass industry. Thanks to its mobile base plate, the manipulator—which is powered exclusively by compressed air—can be used at various workstations. The suction gripper unit can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of pane sizes. Thanks to endless rotary joints, the pane can be moved and rotated freely in all axes. Brake units on the axes prevent unintended movements.
SEIL manipulator for axle carriers

Our pneumatic SEIL manipulator is used to transfer axle beams in the automotive industry’s axle manufacturing process. Suspended from a lightweight aluminum crane system, it can cover large work areas. Thanks to its precise balancing control, components can be transferred quickly and with precision from the special load carrier to the workpiece carrier.

SEIL Manipulator for seats

Here, our SEIL manipulator is used to disassemble and reassemble car seats in the analysis department. Thanks to the flexible clamping device, all seats from a wide variety of vehicle models can be handled. The lifting device is suspended from the crane girder of our mounted light crane system.
LASTAUFNAHMEMITTEL for cylinder head

This system uses a loose load-handling device for moving cylinder heads in a casting finishing center. The gripping mechanism opens and closes as it is lifted by the chain hoist. Different component sizes can be accommodated by adjusting the side guides. The lifting motion is provided by a stepless chain hoist, which, in combination with our articulated boom, ensures the smoothest possible handling.
