Our project planning department plans and monitors the agreed milestones and phases of our joint project. Thanks to our software-supported resource management, we can ensure that the agreed delivery times are met.
Development
Down to the last detail
Our development department has decades of experience in the field of handling technology. Starting with a workplace analysis and examination of the interfering contours, a concept is developed in CAD. Following the necessary approvals by the customer, this is finalised down to the last screw in a revision-proof process. We can also draw on a wealth of experience in the development of our control systems.
Manufacture
Customised production with series maturity
Our machines consist of several hundred to several thousand individual parts. These are manufactured in our production hall or procured from our suppliers, with whom we work closely. The welding work and final assembly are carried out exclusively in-house.
As our aim is to produce the highest quality manipulators, we pay particular attention to quality assurance, constantly improving processes and the further development of our motivated employees.
To ensure the necessary safety and required quality, our machines are subjected to numerous tests before delivery. We are also happy to invite our customers to the dispatch release with extensive testing.
Documentation
according to machine guidelines and equipment regulations
All our machines are supplied with documentation in digital or paper form in accordance with the Machinery Directive. These are created specifically for each machine.
For some of our customers, it is necessary to create documentation in accordance with the relevant equipment regulations. As this topic has been with us since the delivery of our first manipulator, we can draw on a wealth of experience in this area.
