PARALLEL manipulator with upright column
HUSCH Handling Technology develops and produces articulated arm manipulators with a parallel guide system for lifting, which can be attached to the floor with a support column.
PARALLEL Manipulator with ceiling console
HUSCH Handling Technology develops and produces articulated arm manipulators with a parallel guide system for lifting, which can be attached to a ceiling structure using a bracket.
PARALLEL Manipulator
with pneumatic weight equalisation
The rigid load guide enables pendulum-free, precise and easy handling of loads up to 400 kg. This design allows products to be swivelled or rotated outside their centre of gravity without any problems.
With a working radius of up to 4.5 m and a stroke of up to 2.5 m, the manipulator can be adapted to any application.
An optional 360° endless rotation around the main axis enables unrestricted working. Alternatively, the rotation range can be limited by means of infinitely adjustable rotation stops. The handling device is fixed in the rest position with pneumatic parking brakes.
The PARALLEL manipulator is preferably used when products need to be precisely positioned and moved. The manipulator is an irreplaceable aid in the assembly, production and packaging areas.
The operator is optimally supported, particularly in the case of constantly recurring manual movement sequences, without impairing freedom of movement.

Why our manipulator works better!
Your technological advantages with HUSCH

Drift compensation
- Adjustability and neutralisation of drift behaviour
- Greatly reduced dead weight and therefore less inertia

Swivel bearing with endless rotary feedthrough
- No tedious turning back of the pick-up device or manipulator necessary
- No impacts due to stops on the rotary axes

Smooth-running lifting cylinder
- Extremely low static and dynamic friction for minimum operating forces and maximum sensitivity at all lifting speeds
- No heavy counterweights necessary.

Brakes on the rotary axes
- Floating bearing with counter jaw
- Spring preloaded for de-energised state
- Can be designed as a parking or holding brake

Working area limitations
- Rotary stops possible on all axes
- Stroke limitation
- Mechanically or hydraulically operated
- Infinitely adjustable
Application examples with PARALLEL manipulators
PARALLEL manipulator for electric motor rotors
Our PARALLEL manipulator is used here with a pick-up device for moving rotors. The pick-up is carried out by means of exchangeable pick-up jaws on the circumference. Our stepless up/down control enables extremely precise and fast movements. Thanks to the...
PARALLEL manipulator for glass roofs
Our industrial PARALLEL manipulator is used to move the glass roofs of cars. The lifting movement is pneumatically balanced. The endless feed-throughs on the rotary axes allow the working area to be covered without interfering stops.
PARALLEL manipulator for gusset plates
This is where our PARALLEL manipulator on a pedestal is used for the effortless handling of 40kg gusset plates in steel processing. This manipulator stands on our mobile base plate, which can be moved with a pallet truck or forklift truck.
