TELESKOP Manipulator: Move the Motor Housing and Adapter Plate

Our TELESKOP manipulator, integrated into a lightweight crane system, enables the safe and ergonomic handling of engine blocks from the production line to the test bench. The specially developed gripping device ensures precise gripping and exact alignment of the engine housing and test fixture.

The mounting device can be swiveled 180° in a smooth, controlled manner using a joystick. Thanks to the endless rotary joints integrated into the rotational axes, the pneumatic manipulator can be moved freely throughout the space without any restrictions. This ensures maximum freedom of movement and exceptionally convenient handling.

The intelligent pneumatic balancing system automatically adjusts to different product weights, enabling sensitive, high-precision positioning. This results in ergonomic workflows, high process reliability, and a noticeable reduction in operator strain.

Move SEIL manipulator for front and rear windows

This is where our pneumatic SEIL manipulator is used to move front and rear windows. To cover a large working area, it can be moved along a light-duty crane rail system. A telescopic extension was integrated into the bridge rail to allow the manipulator to navigate around the hall columns. The lifting motion is controlled by a pneumatic balancing system to ensure movements that are as smooth and precise as possible. The windows are swiveled continuously using a joystick on the integrated control unit. This makes it easy to adjust the windows to the various angles required by the special load carrier and the storage configuration.

PARALLEL manipulator for electric motor rotors

Here, our PARALLEL manipulator is used with a gripping device for handling rotors. The rotors are gripped by interchangeable gripping jaws around their circumference. Our stepless up/down control system enables extremely precise and fast movements. Thanks to the endless rotary joints on the rotational axes, the pneumatic manipulator can be moved freely throughout the space without any restrictions.

SEIL manipulator for plastic parts and cartons

Here, our pneumatic SEIL manipulator is used on a slewing jib. Thanks to the lightweight construction of our swivel slewing jibs and the counterbalance control with adjustable load weight, the components can be handled with virtually no resistance. The combined gripping device features suction grippers for picking up the cardboard boxes. The plastic part to be unpacked is picked up by an integrated gripping unit. The various component lengths can be adjusted using locking pins.
