Here, a loose load-handling device is used on the chain hoist in the light crane system for lifting and moving container lids and trays. The locking mechanism is automatically opened and closed by the hoisting device during lifting. Of course, it is not possible to open it under load.

Zum umsetzen von Batteriemodulen wird unser spezifisch entwickeltes loses Lastaufnahmemittel am Kettenzug in einem Leichtkransystem mit Kranbahn und Kranbrücken eingesetzt. This system uses a loose load-handling device for moving cylinder heads in a casting finishing center. The gripping mechanism opens and closes as it is lifted by the chain hoist. Different component sizes can be accommodated by adjusting the side guides. The lifting motion is provided by a stepless chain hoist, which, in combination with our articulated boom, ensures the smoothest possible handling.
