Our TELESKOP<\/a> manipulator, integrated into a lightweight crane system, enables the safe and ergonomic handling of engine blocks from the production line to the test bench. The specially developed gripping device ensures precise gripping and exact alignment of the engine housing and test fixture.<\/p>\n

The mounting device can be swiveled 180\u00b0 in a smooth, controlled manner using a joystick. Thanks to the endless rotary joints integrated into the rotational axes, the pneumatic manipulator can be moved freely throughout the space without any restrictions. This ensures maximum freedom of movement and exceptionally convenient handling.<\/p>\n

The intelligent pneumatic balancing system automatically adjusts to different product weights, enabling sensitive, high-precision positioning. This results in ergonomic workflows, high process reliability, and a noticeable reduction in operator strain.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
